Ramla Mohamed MS, LMHCA
Founder and Clinician
My name is Ramla Mohamed, and I am a therapist, consultant, and trainer dedicated to creating healing spaces that honor culture, identity, and lived experience. As an immigrant and member of a vibrant cultural community, I understand firsthand the importance of feeling seen, understood, and supported. That personal experience deeply shapes my commitment to culturally responsive and trauma-informed care.
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have professional experience working with individuals, couples, and families across diverse backgrounds. My work focuses on supporting clients through challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, identity exploration, life transitions, and relationship dynamics. In addition to my clinical practice, I bring years of experience in the early learning and community-based sectors, providing consulting and professional training to organizations that serve children, youth, and families. My consulting work emphasizes building capacity, advancing equity, and creating inclusive, healing-centered environments.
My therapeutic approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and rooted in cultural humility. I believe healing is not one-size-fits-all, each person’s story is unique and deserves to be honored as such. My role is to walk alongside my clients and partners, helping them access their resilience, deepen their self-awareness, and foster meaningful growth and well-being.
